Dr. Binti Singh is an Author and Guest Faculty at Lucknow University & APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University in India
She is a social scientist by training and holds an M. Phil. (Planning and Development) and a Ph.D. (urban studies) from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.
